Sandy Macdonald - Stonemason

I began my journey into building in 2012 as an apprentice stonemason restoring the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa, ON. Working on a building, which was originally completed in 1865, gave me insight into the incredible craftsmanship and strength masonry achieves.

Since then I have worked residentially, completing stone paths, walls, pillars, and patios along with timber frame projects such as a cabin, sheds, and pergolas.

I have always loved building and creating and I am driven to keeping these crafts alive, in Victoria, BC where I reside with my family.
